Bollywood brings in new excitements and faces to the fore every year. The year 2013 was a fantastic year for the industry, with many of the movies making it to the 100-crore club. The year saw debutantes such as Sushant Singh Rajput and Vaani Kapoor also MTV VJ-turned-actress Rhea Chakraborty, become part of Bollywood.
Hopefully this year, too, will see some great debutantes. Some of the newcomers to watch out for this year may be Tiger Shroff, Sooraj pancholi, Isabella Kaif, Akshara Haasan and Harshvardhan Kapoor.

Tiger Shroff (Heropanti)
Tiger seems all set to make it big in Bollywood. According to a few critics, he is one of the most promising newcomers in the industry. He was supposed to debut in 2013. But sadly, the star kid has been in projects that have been shelved. He has been heard talking of the stress of being a star kid and also of being nervous and of the excitements.
Sooraj Pancholi (Hero)
Sooraj began by working an assistant director on films such as ‘Guzaarish’ in 2010 and ‘Ek Tha Tiger’ in 2012. But the star kid has been in the news already, but for the wrong reasons. He was arrested for the murder of Jiah Khan, and was talked about a lot in 2013. He will be seen making his debut with Subhash Ghai’s remake of ‘Hero’. The film directed by Nikhil Advani is set to go on floors in February.
Isabel Kaif (Dr Cabbie)
Isabel studied acting at Lee Strasberg Theatre and Film Institute in New York, before she joined Bollywood. She will debut in the movie ‘Dr Cabbie’ which is an Indo-Canadian co-production, directed by Jean-François Pouliotand and co-produced by Salman Khan. The story revolves around a newly arrived immigrant doctor in Canada who cannot get a job and is forced to become a taxi driver. The film also stars Vinay Virmani, Adrianne Palicki and Kunal Nayyar of the ‘The Big Bang Theory’ show.
Akshara Haasan (Shamitabh)
Akshara’s elder sister, Shruti, is already a name in Bollywood and Tamil movies. And now, Akshara is ready to appear in the big-screen in Bollywood with R Balki’s next film that is said to feature Amitabh Bachchan and Dhanush. The film produced by Abhishek Bachchan will see Dhanush seen as a mute, who wants to be an actor.
Harshvardhan Kapoor (Mirziya)
Harshvardhan will be seen in front of the camera for the first time in the Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra movie ‘Mirziya’. Harshvardhan Kapoor is the youngest son of bollywood actor Anil Kapoor and Sunita Kapoor. He is the younger brother of gorgeous actress Sonam Kapoor and Rhea Kapoor.
He started his career in Bollywood as an assistant working with Anurag Kashyap on the Ranbir Kapoor-starrer ‘Bombay Velvet’. Gulzar, the veteran writer-lyricist is working on the screenplay of ‘Mirziya’ a film based on a Rajasthani folk story.
