Women employees of Kingfisher Airlines have written an open letter to the chairman of KFA criticizing him for his high level of handedness. Vijay Mallya, chairman of KFA is under a huge debt of Rs.7600 crores for which their operation was stopped in 2012 and around 1500 Kingfisher employees lost their job.
But the business tycoon has shown no sign of remorse and said about reaching to a one time settlement with the banks. He also stated about his plan to settle down in Europe that made the employees too angry who are battling for their due salaries. So, women employees of Kingfisher Airlines wrote a letter on the International Women’s Day where they have accused Mr. Vijay Mallya saying his heart is impure and he has blood in his hand.
It was mentioned in the letter that Vijay Mallya should regret for what he had done and he should not set any instance that is very dangerous for our country and also for the aspiring entrepreneurs.
Women employees of Kingfisher Airlines have also written that they were promised the revival by Mr. Mallya but no communication happened even though they are still on the payroll. They added that there might be bigger defaulters than him against whom no action is being taken but the good thing is that they never exploited their employees like Vijay Mallya did.
Women employees of Kingfisher Airlines asked him to answer how he is being selected as the member of Rajya Sabha while he stays out of the country most of the time and what is his actual contribution in the Rajya Sabha except asking for protection.
According to them, Mr. Mallya is facing humiliation each and every day just because of the curse from his employees.
Finally the depressed employees sought PM Narendra Modi’s help to get the due salaries; they have written in the letter that they have hope on Mr. Modi regarding getting back the due salaries otherwise they will really feel disheartening and deprived of their rights.
