Shama Joshi and Seema Pai used to make banquets for their friends and joke that one day they would open a street-food stand. So after Joshi lost her interest for the software world, Pai decided to left her job and they started their Roll OK Please food truck in the Microsoft campus.
Shama Joshi and Seema Pai needed to learn regulations about health department, did many paperwork to learn how to scale different food recipes and keep them in good condition.
This career jump required them many challenges including cultural, physical, financial and emotional.
First year all their problem solving skills were tested. However, Shama Joshi and Seema Pai are now happy with their new job.
